The End of the Road

Well, it has come to this. I can't believe this is really happening. It is all so surreal to me still, to this day. Karl passed away more than a week ago, and I still cannot grasp that concept. I still think I will see him randomly walking around school. I'm going to see him at the Pius festival singing his heart out in the kareoke competition. I will see him picking up his brothers from school and hear him yell "SARA!" I will look at him and say "hey Karl" and he will respond with "I'll see you next time." and we will both drive off with our sibiling in our cars. That is what I am waiting for.

I am really just waiting for reality to hit me. It still has not sunken in that none of this will ever happen again.I write about it and talk about, yet it still doesn't process. I miss you Karl. We all do. It is truly a tragic loss for every person that knew you. Thursday night and Friday were so crazy. The amount of people that came and showed you their last respeacts. They may have been last respects for this life, but not for eternity. We will meet again.

On a lighter note, Pius is an intresting group of people. Especially the 8th grade class of 2002.

[those 2 white boys in the side, sooo not Pius]
