Here's To...

2 weeks of sleeping on Tonie's unconfortable sofa's. Thank you for picking out uncomfortable soaf's. Since I am the one that sleeps on those puppies more often than anyone, I think I should have picked out the winners.-____-
I'm so sorry back. You will be in pain once again =[

Give To Get

O.k. So it's Christmas time right? And what better way to celebrate the holiday than giving gifts to those you love. And let's face it, I know you love me. So here is my Christmas List '08. Anything on this list would make me a happy camper. So if you love me, which I know you do, get me these magical gifts and I assure you, I will be happy. And I guess I could get you a gift too.

1. Nintendo DS. Help me waste my time.

2. Bluetooth Headset. I don't know why, but all of a sudden I am fascinated by them. Something of this sort (ahem world's smallest) would work perfectly.

3. An iHome docking station. I realize I kinda need this more and more when I begin cleaning. As crazy as it may sound, I'm tired of my mixed CD's.

4. These crazy Obama shoes. Genius. Available Here: http://www.zazzle.com/barack_obama_red_green_gold_kedsshoe-167152828405120159

(I wasn't able to get the picture here. Sad)

5. One of these to help me while I am babysitting.

6. My baby =[

7. My other baby. I want him to sing me to bed every night.

And if you're too lazy to work at getting me a meaningful gift (like the ones shown above), I will happily accept gift cards to the following places:

Target

Jamba Juice

Chipotle

Urban Outfitters

H&M

Nordies

Metropark

M.A.C.

Sephora

A Day Spa would be pretty cool.

Or one of those girft cards you can use anywhere.

These options are only open to those friends of mine that are:

1. Pregnant. (Jenna ;))

2. Out of town. (Family)

3. If you don't really love me. (No one should fall into this category)

O.k, so I don't really expect any of this from anyone. Let's face it, Tonie and Albert wouldn't even get any of this for me. But whatever. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

P.S. Happy Anniversary (kinda late) to Jenna and Matt. 2 years. Congrats. And to their love child, Silas. Congrats dude. You should celebrate with some Patron on ice. Cause you can have whatever you lik. Right yenna?!

Handy Manny?

As I immerse myself more and more into young children's television programming, the more I learn new things. Things like ho to sing the alaphet in an annoyingly high pitched tone and a high pitched voice. Or how to play with puppets. Or, my personal favorite, how to speak broken spanish thanks to Dora and Diego. Ahh, the wonders of children's programming.

Last night, as we were watching The Santa Clause, I learned a lot.

1) The 'Claus' in 'The Santa Claus' is actually 'Clause" like the type of clause you learn about in school. Crazy, huh? I never noticed until last night.

2) The voice of Handy manny is none other than Wilmer Valderrama! If you've never seen the show (which I bet you haven't because you are not surrounded by kids 24/7), this show is Playhouse Disney's (Disney's equivelent to Nick Jr) version of Dora or Diego. This Manny dude is a handy man. And, just like Dora and Diego, he teaches kids broken spanish. I say if you're going to try and teach spanish, at least teach full phrases, not just useless words like "estrella" or "come on, vamonos." Really, if any child depending on Dora, Deigo, or Manny's taught spanish ends up in Mexico, they are screwed.

Maybe I'm just stubborn that I can't watch t.v. Or maybe its the fact that I went to bed at 4 a.m. studying and just woke up to the sounds of screaming kids. Either way, childrens programming has a flaw. And in case you were wondering, yes, I think the name "Handy Manny" is dirty. Handy Manny and his tools just sounds wrong.

Steer Your Attention

Thank you to those of you who read my blog. But instead of reading my blog, I really think you would love, yes love, to consume your time reading this : http://abarclay12.wordpress.com/ . Trust me. You will NOT be disappointed.

This is my high school english teachers blog. Nikki brought it to my attention on Friday, and I must say, I am addicted. Her stories are crazy hilarious. I forgot how awesome she was and it mad me really miss my high school days sitting in her english class. My absolute favorite part of her blog has to be her occasional videos. Hi-lar-ious!

Good luck to all of you studying for finals. I'm in that boat to and right now, I just want to, well, let my head explode into a million pieces. I bet you feel the same way.

Holiday Shopping

Today I mat up with an old friend from high school. My good old friend Sandra! We went to Olive Garden and then we walked around the Brea Mall. And I got some shopping done!!! There was this sale at the Disney Store. Basically anything and everything that Bubba or Haydin would ever want in that store was 50% off! So I got their gifts along with Kristy's. Score! and I wasn't even trying to get shopping done. My only goal was to buy a purse for myself. That didn't work, but I did get me a nice little dress for them holiday parties. Those holiday parties that don't even exist. But if one comes up, I am well prepared ;)

Today, I can say that I got really frustrated. I couldn't make the Obey sale
1. Cause my Walking For Fitness teacher is a moron and made us walk 5 miles -_- I am sooo glad I will never see her again, let alone hear her yell "and bend like a concordian!" What an idiot.
2. I am now a mother?! WTF?????? I have been taking care of these kids all week everyday. Don't get me wrong, I love my niece and nephew. But kids are not my thing. I was about to lose my mind if i did not leave the house tonight. AND today, my nephew decided it would be a good idea to stress me out and play in the mud. I was furious to say the least and sent him to time out and then made him take a nap. He was mad at me, I was mad at him. Maybe he will think twice before playing in the mud next time.

Nonosina's Christmas show is tomorrow. Yippeee. If I were still dancing, I would imagine that I would be that much more unhappy. I guess it's a good thing I stopped.
